Iain Dale’s Totally Neutral Politics

Those with their fingers on the pulses will know that interweb Tory and fellow Cockney Iain Dale is to launch a paper magazine. Fun fun! It is to be called Total Politics and will be, like, totally politics.

One can contact ‘them’ here if one wishes to contact an as yet non-existent magazine.

There endeth the free publicity and here begineth the entertainment. It would seem as if the magazine’s apparent claim to political neutrality is causing a bit of a stir. Indeed sixteen of those lovable Labour expenses-monkeys (aka 'MPs') have signed an EDM dissin’ poor Iain’s latest project.

The EDM slams Iain as ‘a failed Conservative parliamentary candidate’ (failed? Good God!), notes that the magazine ‘is funded by Lord Ashcroft’, and calls upon members of the house to ‘reject the free copies which will be sent to them in the near future’.

Free copies?! Free copies of Total Politics?! Is there no end to their perks?

Reader, it appals, nay, disgusts me to think of the hardworking families across the United Kingdom paying for their Total Politics, when these swine are granted it free. Our money, our taxpayers’ money, paying these people’s salaries, and they sit in their second homes spending their time reading free magazines. UCH!

Yet of course this will not happen for MPs will obey Kilfoyle and ‘reject’ the magazine. Following Julian H’s date on Friday, Julian knows the meaning of rejection, but is unsure how one rejects a magazine that lands on one’s doormat. Return to sender?

I tend to dislike Iain Dale the more I read his blog. And he's crap on telly.
